Director of Sales, Jill Dillenburg, as its new Director of Sales. Jill brings to Prositions over 20 years of sales and leadership experience and a solid track record of building winning sales and marketing teams in the Human Resources market.

Dillenburg was responsible for building the sales groups at Dice Holdings that allowed it to grow and become a public company. Her sales teams were responsible for adding 15,000 new customers per year and doubling sales revenues over a three-year period. She also successfully grew the corporate sales team from five to fifty salespeople during her tenure.

Before Jill joined Dice Holdings she held various sales positions and was a Sales Territory Manager for Klockner Namasco Corporation, a multi-billion dollar steel fabrication company.
